Due to the continued growth of my|deposits over the past few years we are moving to larger offices on Friday 18 September 2015. Whilst this is an exciting milestone for the business it will mean that we will have to close our Customer Services Centre on that day to ensure that all staff and systems are relocated to the new office in a smooth and organised way.
I apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but all our online services will continue to be available as normal.
All our existing members will continue to have full access to their online account to protect new deposits, manage disputes and complete other account changes. New landlords can still join the scheme and protect a new deposit and tenants can use our online dispute resolution service to manage their deposit disputes.
Our team will be back on the phones from 8.30am on Monday 21st September 2015 when normal service will resume.
